I'd give him a million gold stars if I could. Daniel showed early on that he truly cares about his clients. It took us making offers on two properties before we found the right one. (the other two fell out of escrow because on the first, the sellers agents were unethical and told the sellers lies about us and didn't want to work with us because we were using a VA loan and would not negotiate on price; the second fell through because the home inspector found 23 pages of problems and the seller refused to fix any of them nor lower the price so that we could.) On the third house, which we purchased, Daniel negotiated the best deal we could have hoped for. Through all the changes and irritations, Daniel never lost his sense of humor, was always our patient and kind advocate, and we now consider him to be part of our family. If you want the best darn realtor in the Palm Springs area, choose Daniel because he will get you the best results in your home buying experience.
